We LOVED these burgers. Just moved to town and was looking for a local burger place and these guys did not disappoint. The fries were amazing, their smash burgers were smashed but still had meat to them, and their hospitality was incredible. This is a North Central Florida MUST TRY!

My new favorite burger in Gainesville! A perfect smash burger. I’m not a fan of the paper thin smash fad going on and happy to pay what’s needed for a proper meal. This burger is just the right amount of greasy with a side of killer fries. It’s a new concept in old school Gainesville digs. I highly recommend checking them out, great for take out or dine in with the kids.

It's in the name and Biscuits and Burger is their game! Has a cozy old school vibe with great food! Owner was super nice and offered us access to the music and TV. The tots were perfection! Food portions were more than generous and everything was freshly made. 10/10 would go again.
